The controller of your personal data is Verteco s.r.o., with its registered office at Dunajská 4, 811 08 Bratislava, Company ID: 51 649 608, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert No.: XXXXX/B (hereinafter referred to as "controller").

2. Purpose of Processing

The purpose of processing your personal data is:

  • Registration of job applicants or collaboration candidates
  • Contacting candidates in case of interest in collaboration
  • Evaluation of candidate suitability for various positions

3. Scope of Processed Data

We process the following personal data:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Professional focus and work experience
  • Link to portfolio, website or GitHub
  • Other information you voluntarily provide in your application

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • Your consent according to Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR)
  • Taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract according to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR
  • Legitimate interest of the controller according to Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which is the selection of suitable candidates for vacant job positions

5. Retention Period

We retain your personal data for a period of 1 year from the date of provision. After this period, your personal data will be deleted.

6. Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be provided to the following recipients:

  • Authorized persons of the controller
  • IT service and hosting providers
  • Other entities in cases where we are required to do so by law

The supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovak Republic.

10. Security of Personal Data

We protect your personal data using appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks presented by the processing and nature of the data to be protected. Our company is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
